One thing I like about photography is that you'll tend to be more observant after a while and look at other things. For example, I was shooting some orange flowers until I saw a green blob on one of the petals... it turned out to be a grasshopper clinging on to a petal. I usually look for some small plants on my way home, too. XD Mum always ask me why I like to glue myself to her orchids or 'stare' at them.
My aunt's 'battle' with cancer have also changed the way I see things, in a way. She has gone through 2 operations to remove the tumours, ovaries and womb. It can be quite difficult because there are risks of complications (infections etc), chronic pain and the aftereffects of chemotherapy. Although my family members try their best to cheer her up or support her by doing things like buying food she likes, boiling some nuitritional soups, going to the hospital with her or just spending time with her during the weekend, there are things she still have to face alone.
Sometimes, it's what you do about your problems that matter more. You can have some small problems, but if you avoid it or don't solve them properly, they'll be really annoying after a while. Of course, what a 'big problem' is can be quite subjective, but you still have to deal with it anyway.
Haha, I think I've also become more optimistic after talking to her every day for nearly a year. I don't really see the point in getting stressed and look really anxious whenever I'm around her, so I usually try to talk about something random or mention something I read in the papers. I do worry sometimes when she keep complaining about how helpless she feel or the pain she experience, but it's something that everyone have to accept eventually.
All the projects and upcoming tests can make me cranky sometimes because I haven't been sleeping much, but they're temporary. When I look around at the people and things happening around me, I realised how trival some of my '

roblems' are.
Worrying about tomorrow or anything only give me headaches, which means less sleep.. my new resolution for the year is to reduce panadol (or just medicine intake) to 0. And of course, sleep better.

Dear book, this is another day in my life.A life is like a book. A book is like a box.A box has six sides.Inside and outside, how do you get to what's inside?Once upon a time, there lived a pretty girl, who lived in a beautiful box,and everybody loved her.
